      <image:title>About - Focacciaza is Vancouver’s only Focacceria, on wheels. Focaccia is an olive oil bread made in large rectangular form, often made with various toppings. In Italy, this is known as “pizza al taglio”. Focaccia or pizza al taglio is soft and fluffy with a thin layer of toppings, easy to digest.</image:title>

Possessing a red seal in cooking and a diploma in the culinary arts, he went on to study sustainable development of food. Experiences includes working on bio-integrated farms and cooking in numerous award winning restaurants throughout North America. Inspired by Italian heritage and his travels throughout Italy, Joe has created Focacciaza as his first sustainable food enterprise.</image:caption>
